“The world is so much more interesting when we are curious.

Learned some fascinating facts and developments on my visit to the Earth Observatory of Singapore today. EOS seeks to understand better how our dynamic planet works, to help us cope with natural disasters. It studies climate, volcanoes, earthquakes, and tsunamis.

EOS will help Singapore to prepare for climate change. It collaborates with partners in the region, e.g. Indonesia, Myanmar, and the Philippines. We make friends, and also make the world safer for all of us.
